We schedule a time to take reference pictures*. Usually, 2-3 days after the order is placed.
We send a hand-drawn sketch of the house outline.
The house illustration is created using vector-based design software.
Adjustments are made to fix any misrepresentation.
The final art is printed on acid-free archival paper using professional ink
The artwork is shipped to the customer in a clear plastic sleeve with a sturdy mat backing.
*If outside of Alexandria, VA, the customer can send in the photos. A guide will be provided on how to take the pictures.
Total turnaround time: 2 weeks + Shipping
Shipping and local delivery
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping takes 3-5 days and there is local delivery available for addresses within Alexandria, VA.
