How to redeem the gift card for a house portrait: while placing an order for a house portrait, input the gift card code on the checkout screen.

How the house portrait process works:

1. We schedule a time to take reference pictures*. Usually, 2-3 days after the order is placed.
2. We send a hand-drawn sketch of the house outline.
3. The house illustration is created using vector-based design software.
4. Adjustments are made to fix any misrepresentation.
5. The final art is printed on acid-free archival paper using professional ink
6. The artwork is shipped to the customer in a clear plastic sleeve with a sturdy mat backing.

*If outside of Alexandria, VA, the customer can send in the photos. A guide will be provided on how to take the pictures.
